Public pages, demo booking, and consented lead forms (including the manufacturer capability brief) are the only data this site collects. Form submissions go to GroundUp’s CRM. Analytics do not receive raw intent or contact fields.

Customer project data and reports are stored in the product application with authenticated accounts and organization membership. That application is hosted separately from this marketing site.

GroundUp outputs are designed for early diligence, feasibility review, and conceptual planning. They are not legal, surveying, engineering, architectural, permitting, or construction advice. Users should independently verify outputs before acquisition, entitlement, permitting, financing, or construction decisions.
